Unlocking Kim Kardashian's World

You may be aware that recently Kim Kardashian West and her sisters all launched their very own websites and apps, Kim's being KimKardashianWest.com which admittedly I am already a little obsessed with. Kim and all the Kardashians may not be some peoples cup of tea, but I certainly indulge in a little Kardashian glam from time to time. Who am I kidding, I love them. Perhaps not the reality TV and constant endorsement side of things, but I'm certainly a huge fan of theirs when it comes to the fashion and beauty departments. Have you ever wanted to get the inside scoop on Kim's beauty and fashion routine? How is her hair so silky and long, how is her skin so flawless, and how does she style her clothes (or have her clothes styled I should say) in such an iconic, amazing way every time? Well now we all have the chance to find out.
For an introductory price of $2.99 a month, you'll get access to all the articles on her site with a more personal edge to them. I find her magazine interviews, whilst never up to date, also aren't quite what everyone is dying to hear from her, so her site is our way of getting her tips directly from her updated all the time. Kim's makeup artist Mario (of Make Up by Mario!) is featured to give us tips on strobing, contouring and the little tricks that can dramatically improve any look. Skincare is there, bathing routine and tips, pregnancy updates, how to get and shop her latest and best looks, event polaroids (I love polaroids!) and even a few Get The Look's from North.
As you may know I love books and I've reviewed quite a few on my blog so far, but I'm yet to review Kim's book Selfish. I'm dying to get my hands on a copy but now that's not the only book available. She did a shoot with Kanye for a new Photobook and being an avid fan of photography I need to check that out too. On her new site there's some beautiful personal polaroids from the shoot that you can check out.

Along with her website, you can download her app on in the App Store and Play Store which connects to your account from her website. No double payments people! If you prefer Khloe, Kylie or Kendall then you can choose to go with them instead, or even all of them. I'm thinking about opening an account with Kendall's site too!
I know a lot of people will disagree with her charging to access her site (thus accessing her tips and 'secrets'), and many will just straight up turn away and say no. But if you are a fan of Kim Kardashian and like me, am inspired by her makeup and fashion choices then perhaps this is just the subscription you need or would have wanted. As far as I'm concerned, I can get the most out of her site for the monthly fee and not feel like I'm being ripped off. Plus, when you're paying for the subscription it kinda makes you feel a little bit special as the stuff your paying for is darn exclusive. Don't forget the first 7 days are free.

What do you think of Kim's new site? Are you going to subscribe?

Inside France | Food #1

In France M is most definitely for Macarons and there's no denying it; they're irresistible (unless you have an Almond allergy of course, in which case I'm so sorry). Since getting more into the French life, I noticed sweets or 'bonbons' were far less popular than these delicious bitesize goodies. When travelling to France you'll notice an abundance of Boulangerie's and Patisserie's or shops that are both, everywhere. I love eating a fresh baguette in the morning, but equally so I adore a hot croissant. Today's food spot light from France is the Macaron, ever tried one?

Skincare Diaries: Day Creams

I don't know about you, but starting the day with the wrong day cream is never a valid option. Day creams are vital in the morning skincare ritual and a step that cannot be overlooked (unless you're using Hydraluron that is). For today's skincare diaries, we're focusing on day creams; the ones I use, the ones I want to use and why. What day creams are your favourites?

Inside France | Series Intro

As a city girl, I've never really explored the countryside or more rural places where things move a lot slower and you can't go crazy shopping at Urban Outfitters (because there isn't one, anywhere). I'm currently living in France but I'm lucky enough to still have a place to stay in London, my home city, and the complete opposite to rural France. Its beauty is second to none and where I'm staying, theres hardly any noise what-so-ever. To kick off my blog series 'Inside France' where I divulge my discoveries in beauty, fashion and lifestyle over here, I thought I'd share a few shots that I've taken so far!
