August Birchbox Unboxing

Just before the start of September I've made it in the knick of time to release my August Birchbox Unboxing, probably one of my most favourite boxes despite the fact that it only included nail polish in the Makeup section of this months lineup. I believe this will be the last of the summer themed boxes, as this month we received a very tropical themed box with Rio 2016 in mind; it was a nice touch. What did you receive this month?

Doux Me | Pure Spring Water Spray | Original Price: £16 | It's not the first time we've seen Doux Me from Birchbox, and hopefully it won't be the last. This time I received their Pure Spring Water spray which will be so helpful when my skin needs that extra moisture during the day, but also a great product to use after toning. I am so impressed by this so far, there isn't much to say about it since it's mainly water, but there's something about it that I really like and the price is pretty reasonable.

Nailmatic | Bright Polish in 'Ella' | Original Price: (pack of three) £15 | I've tried quite a few nail polish brands, but Nailmatic is completely new to me. This version of the 'Ella' polish came with the words 'Viva Brasil' another ode to the Olympic Games in Rio. The colour is gorgeous, tropical and so beautifully vibrant. I can't wait to use it more!

Kadalys | Musaclean Purifying Mask | Original Price: £25 | So, this is one of the products that I've had a thorough trial of already because mid month my skin was really awful, blemishes everywhere and just feeling so dull. Instead of using on of my current masks I thought I'd try this one, and boy was that a good decision. On first impressions, I could small banana, it was very thin going on and of a yellow colour. It dried a light yellow too, and takes about 20 minutes to fully firm up. But let me tell you, it is amazing! My skin felt incredible, I couldn't believe the drastic improvement that this mask made in just 20 mins. It's safe to say I will be buying the full size...

Natura Brasil Ekos | Dry Castanha Oil | Original Price: £20 | Another brand I'm familiar with thanks to Birchbox, Natura Brasil (you can definitely see the Rio theme now can't you?) have already successfully sucked me in with their hand creams, now we're trying out their Dry Oils. I've tried this one already and it works miracles. My skin had less reddening, less blemishes, and was so much smoother than before. It just works so well!

Curl Keeper | Ultimate Hold With Frizz Control | Original Price: £14.95 |  My hair is naturally curly, and quite frizzy so I tend to just straighten it. I've never been interested in using curling products because they tend to dry my hair out and I hate the feel of my hair when it sets. But, I've never tried Curl Keepers range, especially for the ultimate hold and frizz control; sounds very convincing. I can't wait to see what this does for my hair and whether it's the first (of hopefully many) curl products that persuade me to wear my hair naturally for once.

What did you receive this month? Excited for Autumns many new products?
